Alfin has been practicing law in Indonesia since 2010. He specializes in labor and employment matters, arbitration and administration law.

Alfin's focus is on the commercial resolution of disputes where possible and emphasizes de-escalation of conflict to allow calm discussions to take place. Alternative dispute resolution is a key component of his practice. He attends meetings between disputing parties as a mediator and facilitator and interacts with labor unions on a regular basis.

Alfin's commercial litigation and arbitration practice spans all areas and is not limited to employment matters. He has experience appearing in all levels of court up to and including the Supreme Court as well as appearing in courts across Indonesia.

Alfin obtained his bachelor degree from Padjadjaran University and master degrees from University of Indonesia. He is a member to the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).
